![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() We loved it so much we had our wedding reception there. Hubs and I found this little jewel one year while visiting. Magnolia’s has a special place in our hearts. His heart was set on this pair and there were no convincing other wise. He managed to sucker us into Sperry’s for a new pair of kicks. On the way there my fashionista Gray was in tears because his throbbing feet. We had dinner plans at our beloved Magnolia’s. We headed downtown to hit up King’s Street and get our walk on at the Battery. A must on the menu to try is their famed redneck rolls.Īfter our brief shopping excursion. Page’s was a perfect casual place to eat and bring the fam for a great southern meal. I don’t feel bad because this is my reward for all my hard work eating clean and working out diligently every morning. I woke up at 5 am to work hard to indulge later. I did continue to still workout every day while away. I do eat whatever I want in reason while on vaca. If you read my blog you know I do eat clean/vegan/ no sugar 5 days a week. One of my hub’s coworkers had been raving about a place in Mt.Pleasant to try called Page’s Okra Grill. We still lounged by the pool for a few hours. We arrived Thursday and the weather was a little shady due to the tropical storm but it didn’t cramp our style. With his go with the flow personality I think he could sleep on rocks and be fine. As for Gray he is super laid back, very mature and positive. Harper’s sleep was a little interrupted but all in all I think she did well for being in a strange crib and unfamiliar place. She is completely different from our 4-year-old Gray. I love that little girl with every ounce of my being but sooo high maintenance. I am not going to lie I was a little worried. With scenery that takes your breath away and a food scene to impress any foodies, what’s not to love? This was our 6 month old daughter’s first vaca. Not to mention the place where we got married. Charleston has and will always be near and dear to my heart. We left with great memories and some good laughs. I was beyond crazy with clients this week and catching up on laundry, errands, and just life in general. What a doozy this week has been?! We just got back from Charleston on Monday evening. ![]()
